Atlas of Computational Cell Reprogramming

Curated submissions

Propose a method or a correction

The Atlas is curated by Paola Vera-Licona. To propose a new method, request a re-placement, or correct an audit, get in touch directly. Submissions are reviewed and integrated in subsequent releases.

What to include in your message

  1. Full citation of the paper (title, authors, year, journal, DOI / PMID).
  2. A one-sentence description of what the method predicts and how.
  3. Which reprogramming modality / modalities it addresses (I, D, T, P).
  4. A link to the public code or web tool, if any.
  5. (Optional) your own assessment of which inverse-design level (L0–L3) the method falls under, and why.

Contact

Email Paola Vera-Licona to propose a method, request a re-placement, or correct an audit. A submission form will be added in the next milestone.

Submission form to be wired into a Cloudflare Worker endpoint in the next milestone. For now, please use email.

What happens next

  1. The maintainer reviews the submission against the Atlas scope.
  2. The method receives a draft level placement and audit.
  3. The author confirms or pushes back on the placement.
  4. The method appears in the next release with placement rationale and audit date.

Submissions are evaluated on technical and conceptual fit, not on novelty. A well-placed Level 0 method belongs in the Atlas as much as a Level 3 one.
